Safe Space Dinners is run completely by volunteers and exists today due to the hard work of countless volunteers who donate their time to this special population. Here's how you can get involved in this meaningful work.
There are multiple ways to get involved to fit your needs! Our dinners take place every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. and volunteers help us carry those out! Help is needed with setting up, serving the meal, helping organize and manage the dinner, assisting with the activity, and cleaning up. Volunteer opportunities also include preparing and delivering food to the dinner and participating in the Safe Space Dinners committee.
The first step to getting involved in Safe Space is by clicking the button below to fill out our Volunteer Application Form. All volunteers interacting with the youth will have to pass a background check which this form will allow us to start the process of. Our team will reach out once we've received your application!
